I am planning a trip where I want to travel from Bangkok to Hat Yai (where I will catch a train to Kuala Lumpar). I plan to have about 8 days in Thailand. Can. ... There is a nice park with a small zoo on the outskirts of Hat Yai. If you continue up the hill, there's a nice temple at the top of the hill with a great view of the town.
